14th June, 2007 A.D. net diary for public.

since the day Korean mini series and movies had invaded my world, I noticed my self hooked on the different stories and plots of Korean dramas. Well, as i recall my childhood days when Chinese mini series was still Hit on-the-shores of entertainment, I used to watched them every afternoon and in the primetime in the evening... It was then when almost chinese actors and actresses in asian entertainment I used to know. When my friends asking who the actor or actress on the series, I always pop-up to them and tell who's the actor or actress is. Pretty cool huh? One of the chinese series that i love to watch long time ago was all about Kung-Fu or drama mixed with some asian action series like "A chinese ghost story" casting by Barbie Xu, then followed by the manga/comic strip "Go West" turned into live action series "West side story" casted by my favorite Taiwanese pop-rock band 5566. But before that series I've watched, there's still old ones too... seems i can;t remember them all...

Until the days passed by, I tried watching chinese films, and after watching few titles, I arrived at the Genres that I like to watch most, then counting the actors and actresses that i like most and selected the films and movies they'd all casted.

One genre that I love in asian movies is Chinese toll stories, means I like chinese-historical-epical movies mixed with DIGITAL and CGI scenes, one of the titles of it is "Storm Riders" casted by Ekin Cheng, He's one of my favorite fantasy and action star, He also star few of romantic movies with Zhao wei vivian, after Storm Riders came along "Zu Warrior" casted by Ekin Cheng again, that was around 2005 i guess... and after that came along "A Chinese toll Story" casted by Twins, Twins is a popular pop artist in taiwan too, composed of 2 cute and gorgeous ladies... Now that title was still on my list of unwatched films, man, I've been searching for it all the time and waiting until now to watch it but I have no luck. One of the Best theatrical Chinese-epical fantasy film I've seen for only one-time in my Life is "The Promise" casted by Cecillia Cheung, now this film is really great and awesome! because of the CGI and Digital FX & color of the scenes, the film surely captured my imagination again... watching it makes me crave for more Chinese fantasy films. One thing I've notice to all this things from other films, that I can't compare the Digitality of asian films in holywood films. I know holywood films also in the ladder of making the coolest digitaly film like "The Gladiator", "Lord of the Rings" and so on... still I can't compair the two.

another tite that hit my tastes is the epic chinese legend "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon" casted by Chow yun-Fat, you see Chow Yun-Fat was also my favorite legend actors, I've seen his old - to - holywood films too.
