1. Je descends la rue I go down the street
il y a un trou profond dans le trottoir: there is a deep hole in the pavement
Je tombe dedans i fall inside
Je suis perdu ... je suis désespéré. I'm lost ... I'm desperate
Ce n'est pas ma faute It's not my fault
Il me faut longtemps pour m'en sortir. It is necessary for me a long time for being left there

Je fais semblant de ne pas le voir I make seeming to not show it
Je tombe dedans à nouveau  i fall again inside
J'ai du mal à croire que je suis au même endroit It's difficult for me to believe that i'm in the same place
Mais ce n'est pas ma faute. But it's not my fault
Il me faut encore longtemps pour sortir. It is necessary for me a long time again for being left there
3. Je descends la même rue. I go down the same street

Je le vois bien. I see it well
J'y retombe quand même ... c'est devenu une habitude. i fall nevertheless inside ... it become usual
J'ai les yeux ouverts I've the open eyes
Je sais où je suis I know where i am
C'est bien ma faute. It's really my fault
Je ressors immédiatement. I go out immediately
4. Je descends la même rue. I go down the same streets

Je le contourne. I go round it
5. Je descends une autre rue ... I go down an other street ...
