Sometimes, in the middle of the night, looking up in the clear sky, i'll just wonder: why is it the space is so huge, so mistery, so beautiful, so infinite... And besides chemical elements, is there any living things in the other galaxies? who knows. maybe when i'm thinking about it, there's other creature in the other galaxy who also think about the same questions. Is there another Earth? hmm.... is the space really infinite? hmm... i wish that i can find it out one day. Wah...so jealous for the intelligence of Galileo n hawkings!!

To the Moon in a Space Elevator?
The Columbia disaster could spur faster development of a radically different approach to reaching outer space: the space elevator. Using the lightweight, strong carbon material, it's feasible to talk of building a meter-wide "ribbon" that would start on a mobile ocean platform at the equator, west of Ecuador, and extend 62,000 miles up into space. An elevator could be attached to this ribbon to ferry materials such as satellites and replacement parts for space stations -- or even people -- up into space. The project could become a reality as soon as 15 years from now, experts say.
[So, do u think it'll work???? i just find it interesting !!!]
