I Am Someone
I am someone I walked past a dead face even though the person was alive I saw my eyes in the mirror and cried at the sight I looked at a person I didn¹t know and I met a friend I got heads to turn when I walked past I learned a lot about myself when I lost a new friend I cried every tear in my body when I thought about love I got hit bad then got back in the ring I climbed a mountain of rocks and saw an eagle fly over- head I heard terrible things about myself when no one thought I was listening I realized I was strong when I didn¹t cry when it hurt I found out who I was when I was with someone else I thought I was lost forever when a friend found me I held a life in my hand and it was my own I was a pawn in someone else's game so I surrendered to a brook I walked the fine line between surviving and not wanting to survive I still am I am someone

You're The Only Person
People don't know exactly what it is about me They don't understand what I want to be Nobody knows the truth or why I do the things I do But one person does and that person is you You are the only person I know that is always by my side You helped me through hard times when I almost cried When I felt alone with out any hope You gave me a smile and the strength to cope You've been there for me more than I can say You're my guardian angel in your own special way You can take everything bad and turn it to good Just because if it was you, you know that I would If there ever was a shadow covering my light I could count on you to help me see right You're the only person who truly knows me You're the only person who respects what they see

What Would Life Be
What would life be with out friends like thee I'll tell you, like no longer being free. Imagine what life would be so sad and blue To go through life without that special you. And I know we live so far away Through the internet we are like castaways Never get to touch or hug you for this I only pray For some day I hope we can meet To hug and laugh and dance to the beat I know this would be a treat For now this is all I see Is my good friend here with me Just think what life would be Without friends like thee.

Behind Enemy Lines
Walking across an ocean full of water, With fire at my feet. I step back across enemy lines, Knowing I will be beat. Still I cross the tides of rage, Aware I won't cross back. Behind the soft unspoken stage, I step into the trap. Into a hole dug six feet deep, With a shovel of cussing strain. The flame flickers, and my feet are dug, Into the lust of pain. Swimming now deep, under the sea, Not stopping to say goodbye. Fire flickers in my breath, And flame shoots through my eye. Tides consumed, around my chest, Until it's pulled away. By the secrets in my hand, And scars that forever stay. My feet are drifting far away, But my mind stays on the ground. The Earth began to rumble, As it felt my sound. Like a scream pulled back to its mouth, The ocean left this place. Proud of what I accomplished, A grin grew on my face.
