I also do karate which im a black belt in an i also so kick boxing

i admire you soooo much!!!i go to gym 4 or 5 times a week to do some equipment and ride stationary bike.

Yes my job is full of challenges.Yes i work when its night time outside but i dont work out in the dark.Some jobs over here in the U.S. have whats called night shift.I hope you cant understand what im trying to explaine to you
