There are two middle schools in the vicinity of my neighborhood. An
older, run down middle school which was closed down four years ago so
as to open a brand new middle school, from which I graduated from last
year. I was walking around with a good friend of mine, and we noticed
that no one was at or around the old middle school. My friend and I
decided that it would be pretty cool to go inside and check it out,
since it's been so long we've been in there. We just wanted to sort of
re-live the 6th grade. We go around the back of the school, and to our
amazement, there was an unlocked pair of double-doors. We creaked them
opened cautiously, then took a peek inside. We talked a minute,
deciding whether to go in or not. All of the sudden, we see security
driving our way. We get out of there and stood behind the corner of the
school, watching him. He shut the door, looked around, then drove off.
Never locked it.
Two other friends and I are going to dress in full black and go in at
about 3:00 AM next Saturday, just for the hell of it. This oughta be
fun.
