Monday,Mar 31 2008, 07:51:39 AM"So You Want To Be A Blacksmith? Think Again!
"If you've made the mistake of selecting Blacksmithing as your primary profession, then you will have no choice (no reasonable choice, anyways) to select mining as you second primary profession. If you don't, you'll never have enough WoW gold to spend on anything but buying metal bars at the Auction House to level up your blacksmithing skill. Now, mining is an easy skill to level. Just mine whatever node you come across during your adventures and your skill will almost always be sufficient. Blacksmithing is another matter entirely. Mandorall, who is a level 70 Paladin, has a blacksmithing skill of 268 or thereabouts, and he got that high -- which is not very high at all, no precious -- by the skin of his teeth. The amount of materials needed to level up the blacksmithing skill, especially above 200, is mind-boggling. You will be using mats worth 20g to make a single item worth maybe 5g at the auction house. The problem, at the point where I'm at, is that the only things that will level my skill are ""Blue"" items which require enormous resources to produce. Now, the items produced are not bad, but since everyone that has blacksmithing HAS to make those items to level up their skill, the Auction House is always glutted with them. Hence the low price of these items. You know, supply-and-demand, basic Economics 101. I'll be the first to admit that I regret my blacksmithing decision so much that I have not looked around to buy recipes that would maybe make leveling up my blacksmithing skill a little easier on the wallet. However, I have characters with Leatherworking and Tailoring and even at the levels where they are -- around 330 -- there is always a recipe that will produce a leveling point without requiring a second mortgage on the Epic Mount.
That, as far as I know, is not the case with Blacksmithing. I would recommend to anyone considering Blacksmithing as a profession to think again. Is your wallet going to support that extravagant profession. Is your patience for farming up to the task. Or are you going to end up a penniless husk of a toon, begging for coppers on the mean streets of Stormwind. " "World of Warcraft Guides - User Submitted Guide: Mageadin Totally Free World of Warcraft Guides has entered into a totally new realm with the free guides we offer. More features = better and more guides for you, the WoW player! This is the first installment of our User Submitted Guides section. wow gold All the guides that will be in this section are guides that are submitted by readers of Totally Free World of Warcraft Guides. If you have a guide you would like to see on this website please email it to webmaster [AT] freewarcraftguides [DOT] com. I will then review it and if I think it lives up to the Totally Free World of Warcraft Guides standard I will list it here! Without further ado here is the first guide! Mageadin (EPIX) A Mageadin. You’re probably wondering what a “Mageadin” is. wow power level A Mageadin is a Paladin with +DMG armor on. You might think this is very stupid but you are wrong. A Mageadin can produce a whoop-load of DPS. wow gold In this guide im going to show you the BEST gear (epics) that I could find for a MAGEADIN. First thing…the armor.
For the 8 main slots of armor the best armor/set I could find was the Judgment Armor. wow power leveling I picked out the Judgment Armor because its plate, you can get it easier, and it has +damage and +healing. Yes it may be a little hard to find a guild that can do BWL but I thought the same also for my druid and but I found one pretty easy. There are some enchants that you should get for your armor but I will go over that later. wow level up Second thing is the the other 6 armor spots. First I chose 2 epic trinkets that may be difficult to obtain: Hibernation Crystal and Neltharions Tear. I picked both of these for extra +damage and when you judge SoC you can get rockin' damage with HC. Now the rings. These rings are quite simple to get just do MC with your guild/group. Several rings have dropped in 3 months of MC runs. The ring is Ring of Spell Power. You will want 2 of these rings. Read more here :

Monday,Mar 31 2008, 07:46:21 AMThe Truth About The Auction House That Every Playe
"Are you giving away money in the Auction House. Are you getting what your items are worth every time. How do you know what your items are really worth. For the longest time when I didn't even know what the Auction House was, let alone how to master it. Then I used it a few times, and saw way more profits than selling to a vendor. If you're wanting to make gold, then the Auction House is going to be your best friend. And if Making Gold isn't your thing, then just wait until you're a level 40 and don't have a mount, or a level 70, and not on an epic flying mount. Its part of the game and you pretty much don't have much of a choice. But it's a lot of fun and really easy to make lots of gold anyway. If you're using the Auction House right now, there's a few pointers that I want to give to you to help you make more gold today and everyday. The first one is very simple, yet lots of people get it wrong every day... even after I explain it some of you still won't get it. When you're listing an item, look at what others are selling theirs for. So if you're selling a First Aid Book, and someone has theirs listed for 3g 75s, you'll know what to price yours at. Price is JUST under theirs. If I see yours and it says 3g 64s, guess who's I'm buying...yours! I've seen people who think that to get the sale they need to be WAY below, I've posted First Aid Books at 3g 64 and made a killing on them for a very long time. But there always seems to be that one...uninformed individual who thinks he must be at 2g to sell.
wow gold He's leaving 1g 50s on the table every time. Don't be that guy, be competitive, get the sale, and make the most you can every time. " "Make Bags. Not only will making bags level up your tailoring skill -- up to a point -- they are one of the few crafted items that are actually worth your while. Did you see what so-called ""Bag Vendors"" sell their lousy 10-slot bags for. wow power level They should be called ""Bag Thieves"", ""Bag Extortionists"" or ""Bag Profiteers"", but instead they go by the milder and inaccurate ""Bag Vendor"" label. My point is that bags sell really fast and really well. Everyone needs them. wow gold Quick note: crafted items that sell for more than the materials are worth at the Auction House are few and far between. Bags sell consistently for about the price of the materials, often for more, so they are a cheap way to level your skill. It will not make you rich. Cool Crafted Items. wow power leveling Tailoring is an easy skill to level. If you pay attention just a little bit to what you are doing, you will always be able to craft items that are above your level. That means that when you reach the item level, you will be a well-equipped character indeed. wow level up Items like ""Robes of Power"", which are ""Bind on Pickup"" (wearable at level 33) require only 210 Tailoring skill and are a very nice piece of gear indeed. There are many more things I could say about Tailoring. Its fun, it's easy, you pick up materials on the mobs you kill -- no need to run after nodes of this or that -- and if you picked you second profession with ""care"" then you could have a money-maker. Monday,Mar 31 2008, 07:38:59 AMEasy Wow Gold Doing Quests
"Questing and how to turn it into a goldmine. As many of you already know, at level 70 you get Gold instead of experience for quest payouts. This is one of the fastest, easiest and most reliable ways to make gold. Some players even choose to level mostly of grind experience and instance runs to save all the quests to make a fortune at level 70. From my experience, grinding the mobs you need for endgame reputations, as you level from 60 to 70 is a highly efficient way to save the quests and get all your reputation rewards way early. For example, the Orcs in Hellfire Peninsula all give honor hold or thrallmar reputation. This is a good and easy way to level on until you reach level 63. The Boglords and Hydras drop unidentified plant parts for Cenarion expedition reputation and are also a very good grinding spot. Not to mention, the bog lords drop motes of life. These can be turned into Primal life and sell for quite a bit of gold. Following that principle, you can save a lot of quests to do at 70 and cash in. Then at level 70, with some decent gear and a regular flying mount you can breeze trough most quests and can even do most of the 2 - 3 man ones of the lower 60s by yourself. This allows for big rewards and gold payouts. Finally, if you don't want to save the quests as you are leveling, you can try to save the 2 big gold spots: Netherstorm and Shadowmoon valley are the 2 biggest such spots. " "I've found tailoring in World of Warcraft to be one of the most rewarding professions you could select. Some of the products you can make are actually valuable, so you could (possible, maybe) make some money, and if you're a cloth wearing-class -- you should be -- then you can craft yourself some pretty nice gear unavailable otherwise, since some items are ""Bind on Pickup"" Here are a few tips concerning Tailoring in World of Warcraft Pick you second profession with care.
By ""care"", I mean ""pick enchanting"". You will be able to disenchant all the low-level items you craft to level up your tailoring skill, earning you some materials to create enchants for you and your guild mates. As you level goes up, so does the power of the enchantments you can cast. You will also be able to sell the enchanting materials on the Auction House for A LOT MORE than you could have sold the items you disenchanted, if you could have sold them at all. ""Strange Dust"" sells a lot better than ""Brown Linen Robes"", believe you me. Keep Your Cloth. I know that you think you need every copper of WoW currency you can get you hands on, but resist the temptation to sell stacks of linen, wool, silk or anything else. Keep the cloth, turn them into bolts, craft items and disenchant them. A note concerning First Aid: use only enough cloth to level your skill, not a piece more. First Aid is valuable only to you (i.e. not valuable in terms of WoW Gold) while Enchanting is valuable to everyone (i.e. cash-generating machine) Don't Buy Recipes Willy-Nilly. Don't go to the Auction House buying every single Tailoring recipe you don't have. wow gold Do some research and only buy the ones that will a) help level up your skill or b) produce something valuable. Have a Cloth Wearing Class. Those are Mages, Priests and Warlocks. This one should be obvious. wow power level I've mentioned it earlier, but I'll repeat it here. Of course, you can be a Paladin or a Warrior and still be a Tailor, but you'll miss out on good gear that you could craft for yourself. Make Bags. Not only will making bags level up your tailoring skill -- up to a point -- they are one of the few crafted items that are actually worth your while.
wow gold Did you see what so-called ""Bag Vendors"" sell their lousy 10-slot bags for. Tuesday,Mar 25 2008, 02:10:48 AMChoose Your WoW Guild Carefully
"World of Warcraft guilds, sometimes a lovely source of chat, friendship, and community, can also be an easy way to get a good team together in a few seconds. At other times... well, let us just say that a lot of guilds more closely resemble a pit of constantly emerging demonic brain-eaters than what I described earlier. Seriously, that is probably why you are reading this article. Your probably looking for some interesting info about guilds or you have decided to form your own guild, demonic brain-eating or not. Here are a few considerations for you, whatever your intentions. First let us consider it from the point of view of a potential solo player looking for a Warcraft guild. guild wars gold Finding the right WoW guild is often a big decision. Many different factors can affect whether a guild is right for you, and not all of those factors are based around how good the members are, either. Ignoring whether or not you like the members in a particular guild, does your time zone, or your time schedule, fit in with the general member base. This is a big question; if you are only online when one other strange lurker guy is, do you really want to stay. wow profession leveling Even if everyone else is awesome. If they're all east coast time, and you're west coast, and you all have jobs, then getting together for more than an hour or two at a time might be tough. WoW Guild Resources Running a guild. A serious one. wow leveln It can be either fun or a total pain in the ***. This killer WoW Guild Management Guide will help you to make your guild fun, for you, as well as for your minions, er... guildies. Most guilds want characters who are up to snuff, have good or great gear, and can play well in raids, PvP, etc.

Thursday,Mar 20 2008, 08:13:42 AM"Rogue PvP Mini-Guide
"Seal Fate: For crit-junkies, this is an ability that can let you quickly pile on huge damage. Get your crit % up to 30% or so, and watch your damage multiply itself via all the combo points you're racking in. - Lightning Reflexes and Deflection: Let's face it: Leather sucks. It's really not all that much better than cloth. The only thing saving your rear out there is your dodge and parry rate. wow honor Essential to long-term survival. - Precision: Prior to patch 1.8, this wasn't a hugely popular ability: The most you could improve your to-hit % was 5%, and chances are that you were going to be there via items/stats/etc anyway. Post 1.8, this cap has been removed. With one weapon equipped, your chance to miss is 5%. When dual-wielding, your chance to miss is 24%. Every percentage point you can cut that down by is huge... guild wars gold Not so much for the damage your off-hand is going to do, but for the fact that your off-hand weapon is hitting much more frequently, and so is now proccing POISON much more frequently... - Camouflage: I can't live without this in PvP. My movement speed is now 85%, which is good enough to keep up with an enemy who isn't running somewhere with a purpose. ;) 5 points in this ability will pay you back in a higher open-field kill rate. cheap wow gold - Mastery of Deception: Generally most useful when battling other rogues, allowing you to get the jump on them. Putting points into this will also decrease your chance of being spotted by enemy defenders, as you move in for the sap. Initiative: Pretty much needed by all Rogues. Find a way to put 5 points into this, and it will pay off for you in terms of longer stuns, or more damaging backstabs.
- Rapid Concealment: Each point is useful, but 5 full points can net you the ability to Gouge (To take you out of combat), re-stealth, and re-Ambush/CS... - Improved Sap: just a GREAT ability for PvP. wow level up Completely under-rated. See ""strategies"" below for more on this. - Improved Ambush: For the criticals, if you're a backstab rogue. - Premeditation: This ability is a crutch, but sure comes in useful at times. Being able to use Evasion twice in the same battle essentially makes you unhittable to melee (uhhh, non-warrior melee, that is) for 30 seconds straight. Being able to burn the cooldown on your sprint ability is nice for returning flags in WSG, or rushing flagpoles that are about to be taken in AB. "
