A lack of trust is what you will get in return

When you practice being mean towards others

Bitterness is what you will get in return

When you practice hatred towards others

Anger is what you get in return

When you practice using others for your own selfish gain

They lose respect for you

When you have a non forgiving heart towards others

They tend not to see past your shortcomings

But

If you practice being truthful with others

Honesty, trust and respect is what you get in return

If you practise being kind towards others

Kindness is what you get in return

If you are compassionate towards others

Compassion is what you get in return

If you display love towards others

Love is what you get in return

If you learn to forgive others

Your sins will be forgiven aswell

Life is what you make of it

You only get what you put in...:)
