I'd like to expand Goldman Sach's outreach too. Lets include The World Bank. Paul Wolfowitz was President 2005 - 2007. He had been an investment banker with Goldman Sachs. He was replaced in 2007 by Robert Zoelick, former Chairman of Goldman Sachs. He is still there. That gives Goldman Sachs access to every country's financial sector.
