How is your house going?!

It's going ok.. I'm ordering my kitchen and picking up some doors on friday then at the weekend i'll either be wall papering or hanging the doors.. tonight i've got someone coming round to quote for a new garage door. It's all progress I guess but it's a country mile away from being finished!

I went to Australia! But I got bored on my own and couldn't get work so I came back in time for my 3rd year at uni. I bought a house in April! So that's new. Good times.

It's in Nottingham. There's alot of work which needs doing so me and my brother are doing what we can. It's a building site at the moment though. Glad to have moved out though.

Hi, yeah i'm online for a bit. I'm at work but there's an unsecured wifi thing across the road which i'm stealing for a few mins. The house is coming on great - i'm so knackered though. Doing 8 hours here then getting home and doing another 6-7 on the house..
How're you doing then? Been up to much? How're things between you and that fella now?

Things are better between me and that fella. The weekend was crazy.. went to a play and saw my aunt and cousins.. practiced parking (for road test.. I do not have my driver's license yet).. did chores and studying.

Lol yeah right I think at the moment it's the promise of more work = more profit that's driving me on.. Good luck with your driving by the way. I'm looking for a new car right now, fuel prices are so high here (almost £5/gallon ($10/gallon)) i'm thinking about getting an LPG powered car. I gotta go, i'm meeting a friend for dinner. At the moment it's a building site. I'm coming back from work then working on the house til about 11. I'm plastering the lot to start off with. Then need a new kitchen, bathroom, floor/wall/ceiling finishes throughout. I've got new windows coming next week too! It's hard work but it'll be worth it.
So what's new with you?

Hmmm.. what is new with me? Seems like things are the same.. help keep up the house here and organized files and papers on Sunday.. that took a lot of time.
Oh, yeah.. got a good chocolate shake yesterday.. that was cool.

I just finished doing a budget estimate for the whole thing which was interesting. Looks like i'll be doing even more of the work to keep costs down. So a few more late nights plastering then.
Sounds like you're pretty organised with the whole paper filing thing you've got going on there. I still need to unpack at home.
I gotta dash now i have to pick up a washing machine for the house.. We haven't got one right now and i'm running out of clean stuff :/ I'll be around tomorrow.
