Well, yesterday was a busy day for the kids and I. We started our day by going to the dentist. This was the girls first time to be seen by the dentist. Heidi did a better job than Elizabeth did. H got her teeth cleaned a little and brushed, all E had done was just getting her teeth counted. The dentist said that all three of us girls had good looking teeth. I hope that the girls stay that way. T was told when he started to fuss that the dentist was not going to look at him since he does not have any teeth yet. Little did I know at the time that he did have a corner of his first tooth poking through. I found it after we got home. Yea for Timothy. Oh, T's eye is finally all clear. No more blocked tear duct for him. He has been guppie eye free since Friday morn I think. He just woke up and it was all clear. While we were at the dentist the girls were able to pick one toy out of the toy box for letting the dentist look at their teeth. The girls choose fish which is not a surprise since they really like fish and think that any fish is either Nemo, Marlin or Dory. Anyway, while I was having my teeth cleaned the door to the waiting area was left open so that if the girls needed anything they could come get me. When I went out to tell them it was time to go E had six or seven fish lined up in the chair. I realized that since the door was left open they helped themselves to more fish. Needless to say I made them put them back an d they only got to walk out with one new fish each. Just what we need more plastic fish in the house. Elizabeth and Heidi kept asking me if I got my fish. E even told me "get your fish Mommy" when I was done. Later in the afternoon E had her appointment with the rheumatologist. He said that he thinks she is dealing with arthritis. He said that her right wrist has more inflamation than her left. He gave her some naproxan to take morning and night. He said that the medicine does not taste good at all. I was informed that a spoonfull of chocolate syrup before hand would help cut the bitter taste of the medication. Why was this not told to my mother when I had to take yucky green medicine? It might have worked better then holding the nose. So, our ritual is a spoonfull of chocolate syrup quickly followed by her medication and then another lick off the spoon of syrup. So far the two doses she has had have not caused any objection. That might be because she gets to have a little of her green lolly pop too. Whoever invented "dum-dums" was not dum but smart. I can let the girls have a little and then put it in a container for them to have later, but the sucker is not too big so it will not last forever. Anyway, we go back to the rheumatologist in a month to see what we do next. He is not calling it juvenile rheumatoid arthritis yet. Right now he is saying that she does have synovitis which is the inflamation of the synoval membrane. Keep her in prayer. Well, I must get to the laundry since it is not washing itself yet. I found the girls in T's bed again today with pacifiers in their mouths. I took the pacifiers away only for them to cry at me and tell me that they were babies. I told them that if they were babies that they would need to go take a nap since T was now in his bed asleep(don't worry T was with me when they were in his bed). They said okay, so they are in their beds with pacifiers. I need to hide all the pacifiers in the house since T does not really use one nor do or did the girls. Why they like them so much now is really strange. Well, I really must go.

As we are getting ready for playgroup today Heidi and Elizabeth both needed to go to the bathroom. Heidi was the first one to go and I heard her tell E that daddy cat needed to come smell. So E happily skips (in her own way) down the hall to get daddy cat. I asked her what daddy cat needed to smell and she looks up at me and says poops. She skips back down the hall and then I hear the girls saying eeww, sniff sniff, eeww. I then go down to see what is going on. Heidi is sitting on the toliet and the cats are sitting on a stool in the other part of the bathroom. I asked Heidi if she was done and she said yes, so as I was helping her she informed me that the cats were not finished yet. Then she told me that cats wipe their bottoms with their tails. I don't know where she came up with that but I just laughed on the inside. Then she told me that dogs wipe their bottoms too. Again don't know where she came up with that. Oh, children are so funny in what they say and do. Well, I better finish getting us ready for playgroup.

Today E went to the doctor and had more x-rays taken. He said that there is nothing orthopedic for him to do. He thinks from her x-rays, symptoms, and the look and feel of her wrists that she needs to see a pediatric rheumatoid doctor. We are now waiting for that doctors office to call and set up an appointment. Your prayers would still be appreciated that one of these doctors can tell us what is wrong with our daughters wrists.
Today I was sitting in the nursery with Timothy and the girls came in and I asked them if they would stop growing and just stay my little girls. Elizabeth looked at me and said "Mommy, I growing. You can't stop me from growing." Too cute. Well, I need to go sleep. Hopefully I will have more funny things to post tomorrow.

Well, Clint and I worked on the house this weekend and today I spent most of my time dusting part of the kitchen. One of the projects on Sat. and Sun. was to sand some of the wood work so that we can restain it. Well, for those of you who might not know dust goes every where and I mean every where. I was dusting most of the morning which consisted of vacuuming up the majority of the dust and then dusting the areas that I just vacuumed. I might get all the dust in about a month, but then again maybe not considering that dust is always building up. Anyway the point of the story is that Heidi came into the kitchen and started to pick up a container of playdough that I had not dusted yet and I told her to put it down. I did not want her to play with things that were dusty. Then I realized that everything in the house was dusty just the stuff in the kitchen was dustier. I told her to put down the playdough and to go play with her other dusty toys. She said okay and took off and told Elizabeth "lets go play with our other dusty toys". I just had to laugh. I did not really think that she would repeat what I said so happily. If only she knew. Later I using our wet swifter on the kitchen floor once I got it vacuumed. The girls came in while I was making their lunch and asked if they could scoot. I said sure. This meant that they wanted to push the swifter around. So there they were taking turns moping the floor. If only I could get them to dust the rest of the house so happily. Well, tomorrow E has a doctor app. with an ortho. to see what is wrong with her wrist. She keeps them as straight as she can since it hurts to bend them. We have had them x-rayed and had blood work done which all came back normal so now we are being sent to an orthopedic to see what he thinks. I pray that we are able to find out what is wrong so that she no longer has to be in pain. Well, I should go to bed so that I can start another day in the house of dust.

Well, the trip went really well with traveling with 3 small children and keeping them up late. The girls also enjoyed going to the beach. All three kids got to go into the ocean for the first time. Who would have thought that we would go into the ocean in Oct. Another thing that the girls really enjoyed was the fondu at the reception. The girls liked to dip their marshmallows into the chocolate fountain. We recieved many compliments on our children and how well they behaved. I do have to say that they did really well. All the kids even went to sleep on the floor at the rehersal dinner. It was nice that we all did fine in one hotel room. The girls and Grandma did not seemed bothered by the fact that Timothy would wake up during the night or early in the morning. Since I am such a nice person, I would leave the room with him so that they could all sleep more. I would also bring breakfast back to them all. Well, the kids all need to get to bed. The girls are really excited about going to T-town this weekend to see their aunt, uncle, and new baby cousin. They are also excited about going to Grandma and Grandad's. I will try to write more about our adventure at another time. Needless to say it was a very successful trip but not one that I would have really wanted to do alone. Although we did find out that there are many people that will lend a helping hand when they see you traveling with small children that are asleep, but if they are awake all bets are off.
