Then i wake and all I see
Is a world full of people in need

This was sent to me on New Year's day and it has such lovely words , that I have decided to publish it so that everyone will see it.
God , grant us this day a wider view,
So we see our faults, through the eyes of you.
Teach us to judge, not with hasty tongue,
Neither the adult .......nor the young.
Give us patience and grace to endure,
And a strong faith, so we feel secure.
Instead of remembering, help us forget,
The irritations that caused us to fret.
Freely forgiving , for some offence.
And finding each day , a rich recompense.
In offering a friendly helping hand,
and trying in all ways , to understand.
That all of us whoever we are.....
Are trying to reach, an unreachable star.
For the great and small.....
The good and the bad......
The young and old.....
The sad and glad.
Are asking today, is life wuth living?
The answer is only , in loving and giving.
For only love , can make mankind.;
And kindness of heart, brings peace of mind.
By giving love , we can start this year,
To lift the clouds of hate and fear.

THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS
CHRISTMAS

A ray of light
A hope of peace
It renews every year
The birth of Baby Jesus
Among dark clouds and storms
Among family crisis
together with work crisis
The coming of Christmas
May seem like a gift
Let us look in the eye
and we discover that
It is not the toys which
Heat our hearts
But Love...Comprehension
The sincere affection , of a true friend
A hand shake, a card which
A loving friend or relative sends
A sweet made by grandma
A night of lullubuys which
Mums sang when we were young
And so instead of the usual small thoughts
This year let us give as a gift
A little love wrapped in a wrqpping paper
full of emotions, and a hug instead
of the string, and in our hand
A simple flower.
