Hi to all my family and friends:
Let me update you all on stuff that's been going on okay.....it's a long story (aren't they all).
Ok I had another nuclear heart stress test and it showed only 10% blood flow to my heart and that I should get my affairs in order.. I was hospitalized locally to stabalize me and drug me basically, I don't mind sharing that I was terrified. They kept me there for about a month.
I would have been Mercy Flighted to the Heart hospital but someone was worse than me. So they red-lighted the ambulance 40miles to the top of the hospital I was absolutely scared to death to come out on the top of the hospital... usually not a good sign.
I received a heart catheter procedure, which was so cool. I could see my hearts arteries as the Dr. fed a wire with a camera up to my heart. They were all singing songs from the 60s, Moody Blues, Beatles, Journey, Tull, etc; Nothing like any surgery or procedure I had ever had.
I was informed that best case senario would be 3 stents to hold open the arteries, or worse case, a 3-way bypass, and the odds of me having a heart attack on the table were 85%.
Luckily, the only plaque in my arteries are as much as a healthy newborn babes. The Dr. gave me a great big hug and said, "You realize how blessed you are" ! He was expecting to do the open-heart surgery. He asked me, if I always get this lucky, and I told him God always has my back and that I was right I just am a spaztic; we were all laughing
Most definitely I told him how blessed I am... but they kept in hospital for months and making sure I was ok.... a total of 8 months between both hospitals..
Sure is a huge blessing to be home, not breathing hospital air (yuck). I have been discharged from heart doc and even he now believes I am a spastic.... even my veins are spastic... it's been an adventure for sure, but I hope to never do it again!
So, my friends, I am honored to share just a caption of this last year with you all. God bless you too as I felt all of your prayers. YES, Lady Pamela is definitely blessed
