we have SMT meeting this morning. as i expected it gonna have some arguments between them. well, it happen and end up with one collegue resigns. nothing i can say much about this thing. beside is non of my business.
afternoon, we have staffs's refresher meeting. what on earth is that? it just a dump shit to remind about those things we all known (may be some idiot dont).
my style is sit aside and keep in silent to observe others. everyone do notice i am not happy. asking me anything wrong.
i snapped them with: "this is not anything wrong, but is everything wrong!!!"
asking me for example...
then i more angry but i answer it with smile:" that is not point for me to say anything at all here. everytime i said something and nothing have reaction happen" (dont you think i will be like a idiot in front of these peoples. talking with the shadow on a flat wall?)
i added: " i was enjoy the job from the early, but now i dont like it. May be i should use "i hate" as my current feeling."
one of them asked me why i am not happy, is that because i dont feel enough responesible or no job satisfic...
"holly cow!" i shouted: " what u mean by not enough responesible? i always running like a chicken. tell me who ever seen i doing nothing in second?" then all just silent.
"if u very stress and busy why dont u ask for help?" asked by the same person.
i told:" well, i wont tell others to do the thing that i dont like by myself. will you? beside not everyone can fulfill my saticfaction standard."
one collegue asked:" are you supervisor?!?!"
see, no many people know i am supervisor level in here. " thank you! mean i am not bossy here" you wont like me when i am mad and bossy.(during stress)
we have discussed other issues. we have one new collegue sitting with us during this small meeting. she said she dont like to work at here, because all the staff here is not friendly. i wondered what had happen in her 1st day of trial. ( i wasnt work that day) i think she says this in reasonable situation. in fact, every staff here mostly running around, where the hell have time to look after a new staff. beside they always pun new staff in busiest day for trial... who the hell will like this situation in 1st day trial?
after meeting we back for work. and staffs keep calling me as MR Supervisor or 'yes boss' etc. i hate that!!! i told them :"stop calling me these or i will show you my bossy way. you wont like to see it, would you?"
today i worked with a new chef.(because all chef have gone, resigned) after while working with this chobby come out from nowhere, i think he is either useless or idiot. i have no idea how the management can take this people in!!! he have no communication, have no good sense of time... lucky i should say because today not really busy. even so, i have to put my hands in kitchen for some time. as a 'head' in restaurant i have to make sure all the food goes out with standard. damn shit. some food overcook, some half cook, wrong cooking of steak,some food sent out without our calling... he was crossed with me because i complaint about the sending all night. i have used digital thermometer to check all foods' temperature. he was mad at me and ask am i not trusting him at all, all food are spot on garuantee by him. lucky i have check some, because some food are wrong temperature. he even sent food which is off!!! WOW ~! i used.
i been told he will back tomoro for work again. well, i off for 2 days and i wont see this guy again.
a middle age single mum (kitchen porter). she was cried infront of me tonight, so sad and i feel sorry. her job is not really for a human can take. really too much! i always see her eye red but this time she cried. i hugged her and tried to calm her down.
the kitchen is small and only have one kitchen porter. She always come in to work with smile but when she turn into kithcen she changes to a sad face. really, kitchen always stack with pots and pans like a mountain hill. chef not do a thing on washer and she have to do it by herself. and sometime restaurant is busy and she have more dishes to wash. this job really like hell. sometime she works for 12 hours shift!
same as usual, i missed my last bus and i have to catch a taxi and paid a fortune for fees!!!
i really "hate" this job sometime... i want a new job! a new industry perhaps. no more hospitality.

this is the 1st fashion i attent to. it wasnt too bad. i been told they are model from agency, still i want to complaint them! they are totaly loser ~! only a few are great on the walk.
the venue is small and pack. invitation was 3pm. i went there 2.30 so i can get a place for good. dissapointment on the lack of organise! i have to wait for 2 minutes to talk to a person, and they keep pointing me to others person. damn waste my time. after 30 minutues of waiting in a small bar area, we all rush in. i dint get a good place at all. then the show started lated! after few of shooting i dont feel like the place and angle. so i move back to the bar and shot from inside. few ppl stand in front of me and very hard to get full frame of models. many shot have to be in strange angle to crop out the crowds infront of me. i also end up with dodge under the floor to get a clear shot, but lighting not good at all. oh, the stage lighting also bad, either too bright or peek dark!
this show really give me lot of experiences and skills. most surpice myself is the speed i change the lens. less than 2 seconds needed!!! wow. peoples near my side and other photographers just look at my hand speed for changing lens! incredible ~! but 1 problem i have today is the memory card. i only have 1 (256MB CF) each time i do transfer the files containt, i lost opportunity of next shot. have to bear with time of transfer and delete. i should have 2 with me so i can transfer 1 card and shot on the other card at the same time.
those pix not really come out good. but i happy i have learn something new.
ps: the album contains picture that straight out from my DC. havent tweak them yet (my habit). after some time i may able to upload some manipulated shot. look forward~

party party party... only 7 included myself! is that a party? who know 
not a success BBQ but it was brilliant. havent do social thing for so long... as usual i am the only great chef ~! 
we have 3 bar of BBQ trays. only my have good fire control and stay longest. i well trained from St.John Camping... kaka
at the end i have to look after all 3. 
the gathering started from 430pm until 1030pm... lot of chatting and lot of eating.
that it, today have gone.
look forward tomoro bcz i gonna attent a fashion show. still not sure where it located also i havent got a ticket yet. hope i can get a place tomoro. or perhaps pretending as pro-photographer again! 
mainly go there is for my photography again. i try to gain up more experience. this is the 1st time i go for fashion show. hope i will able to get good picture.
recent, i am so close to fashion (a thing i like b4 and now) meanwhile i can learn my portraits shooting technic/ skill. oh GOD,please let me meet some ppl who may want to employ me or have contract with me for photography issue. 
haha
still looking for a photography job. emmm...
