Communication is a tangled web these days. If you have to say something, make sure that your meaning is unmistakable. Try and foresee any glitches that you can, but don't become a control freak. In the end, one of those glitches might actually help you. These are the things that make you glad to be alive. You can render order out of chaos.

What seems perfectly normal to you seem downright strange to others, but that's no reason you can't all get along. One of your family's traditions is most likely totally different from your friend's or sweetie's family's traditions, but variety is what makes life interesting and fun. And who knows -- if you're willing to learn whatever you can about other people's quirky habits and peculiarities, maybe they'll start to be a little more accepting of your unique behavior as well.

You never know what's going to happen. All you can do is engineer a situation, and then stand back and watch the elements interact. Throwing a surprise party seems like a good idea, but the nature of the surprise changes when old friends attend. Will there be reconciliation or more fireworks? Even romantic partners that agree on everything might contradict each other. Both hear the same thing, but each interprets it differently. Those with truly free spirits will have no hard feelings about any of this. Knowing how to laugh guarantees that you'll have an excellent day.
