The celebrity babies of the year are coming faster than planned; Nicole Richie just had a beautiful baby girl yesterday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Nicole and daddy Joel Madden named their bundle of joy Harlow Winter Kate Madden. The name is a little strange but I think we will get used to it…
