Yoga means union in Sanskrit language. Yoga grows flexibility in the body which leads to the improvement of balance in it. But also there are additional uses too. Yoga supports decrease stress in the body, enhance joint mobility, decrease back pain by strengthening the spine. It improves your digestion system, immune system, endocrine system and increases blood circulation.

Yoga also has advantages to the mental condition of body. Yoga will not only grow your body systems but also develop your concentration, comforts your mind and the body and keeps your mind stress-free. It too assists boost discipline which would be a top-most benefit in our day-to-day lives.
