About Me: | Well.. Im Lucy, Im from Wales, but I want to leave as soon as possible, I want to move to the US, preferbly New York. I want to become a photographic journalist. I want to travel, one of the places Id most like to visit is Tokyo and Japan in general, mainly because the country looks beautiful, and i would love to learn more about the culture and in my opinion the only way to learn is to see. My family and friends mean the most to me, I know its typical clishe, but to be honest I couldnt care less, as its true. Thats one thing about myself.. I dont care what anyone thinks about me, theyre enitled to theyre opinion, although thats one thing I despise when people make judgments before getting to know a certain person, if you later on decide that your not too keen on them fair enough they do what they have to and youl do what you have to.. and move on. Another thing I dont like is when people catagorize others, no one should have to be labled, everyone is equal, no one is above anyone else in this world and the ones who think they are should seek help. Theres not a lot of things I dont like, I dont like arrogance, and self centerdness, obnoxiousness or racism, I dont like olives, steak, mornings, Welsh weather, people who label others, pink, people who think it's 'cool' not to read or do anything which will make them out to be a 'geek' 'nerd' or whatever, why act stupid, what does that accomplish? ...spicy food, marzipan, people that always use the word 'hate' 'I hate him, i hate her, I hate this I hate that!' no you don't, hate is a strong word that can hurt a lot of people... ok maybe it does seem like I don't like a lot, but to be honest I like more things than I dislike. I love me friends and family to bits, I love holidays, the sun (as long as it's not in Wales.. it's not the same as abroad) although I do like the rain and snow, I'm addicted to coffee - couldnt live with out it, chocolate and any food that I havent mentioned in my 'dislikes' so.. a lot really. I like to have a good time with my friends, at parties, gigs, shopping, cinema's, resturants, wherever..as long as I'm with the people I love i'm happy =) I love the cold side of a pillow when you wake up, the smell of fresh ground coffee.. did I mention I LOVE coffee... starbucks! I love to travel, visit different places, and learn about different cultures. I like to sing, even though I can't haha! But you get the jist. I am a generally happy person, I will laugh at almost anything, I've been told im pretty laid back which I took as a compliment naturaly, suposedly I look like Julia Roberts, personaly i dont see it and would be glad to here from others that I don't aswell.. there's only one person I look like and that's me =) I'm a good listener, and will take secrets to the grave, i like to here about other people, and I love to meet new people! Ok I think I've blabbed on a bit too much now, but if anyone want's to know more, I'm open, and I'll speak to anyone! |
