Saturday,May 31 2008, 02:45:48 PMThe fun continues....
Right on the heels of my terrific news, I got another surprise. But first, a bit of background. It's been raining here in Taichung for the past week, and coming down in sheets. Well, I usually just use my car on the weekends, so it's just parked on the street. No problem, right?
Well, no. Someone decided to break in my car through the passenger window. How long had rain been pouring into my car? I'm not sure, but from the looks of things, it had been a while. I had to re-record a whole series of books, as the boss got a great new recording system. What does it matter? It's on the company's dime.
I managed to squeeze in one game of bowling after lunch, but had to get back to the office a bit early to wrap up some paperwork. I sternly scolded a student in my afternoon class after he acted like a complete ass. One ...
