北京金隅(02009)招股─預留孖展融資服務 

北京最大水泥生產商金隅(02009)將於本週五(17/7)進行招股活動。根據市場消息，中國主權基金中國投資有限公司(中投)將繼07年底認購中國中鐵(00390)新股後，斥資3,500萬美元入股北京金隅，成為五名基礎投資者之一；另外四名基礎投資者分別為中國人壽(02628)、中國銀行(03988)旗下私募基金、奧氏資本及嘉里集團主席郭鶴年先生。
根據初步資料顯示，北京金隅招股價介乎HK$5.18- HK$6.38，相等於09年預測市盈率11-14倍，每手500股，入場費約為HK$3,222.19。
