Zazen Meditation.
With it you will strengthen your mind, disolve unwanted events (toughts) that are probably causing insomnia.
Its very good meditation but its hard on the beginning.
Eat dinner early at least 3 hrs before retiring to bed.
Work on thread mill or do a mild exercise for about 15 minutes. Tell yourself to your mind that you are going to sleep well. Relax yourself in bed and start doing deep breathing . Slow and steady by filling up your lungs and slowly exhaling. Time it properly to ensure it is rhythmic. Just concentrate on the breathing and feel the lungs fill up and feel the lungs contract as you exhale. You will fall asleep without your knowledge. Good luck.
I tend to get very sleepy reading everyones replys in the forums hahaha. Alot are so boring I just doze off a little lol
I think it is common your age to have a little Insomnia, I mean I hear alot of cases of it.
try some warm tea before bed or drink a big glass of milk . If neither of those work, You will have to go to the Dr. for some drug to help you but if your like me you try everything else first lol Good luck!
yep, it surely works!...But it f*cks your liver, so you´ll have another problem to solve!...LOL! I, personally don´t use to think about liver problems...
