Is it unhealthy to sleep on an empty stomach?

if you eat before you go to sleep your body does not use the energy in the food and stores it as fat, its better to eat lightly before bed and a large meal for breakfast so your bady can use the energy throught the day.

oh ok.....actually i sleep at 5am or 6am now a days....at that time im mostly hungry....thats y i was asking
