It really frustrated me so I gave up for a while. Now I'm thinking of maybe trying again (I have a knitting kit but need to learn how to first!). I'm not too fussed about help on weight loss... At the moment I have no way knowing what I weigh (so I'll worry about that when I do) and I'm planning on using an exercise trampoline for that purpose anyways (haha) but yeah. Does anyone have any tips for effective and quick(ish) toning of certain parts of the body? Most importantly tummy, bum and thighs? And I mean methods I can do at home... which aren't going to cost anything as I'm rather lacking in the money department at the moment! Ok, maybe I am a bit interested in the weight loss bit too... so any tips on exercises for that will be useful!
