ahhh yeah, that happened with us too, especially because he was working other jobs and going to school, so I was pretty much running the business 90% of the time by myself, but we worked out all of the little "kinks" and it was overall a really good experience :)

well.. that means you didn't have any experience with a business partner.
You got to be extra careful with business partners in China now days. I deal with Chinese companies and trust me when I tell you this, I have had such bad experience with few so called companies in China.

I run the qld sector for a melbourne based company and my partner works in a few different clinics as a GP, but he gives me advice and has a lot of input in my work. It's good, we collaborate really well together. We've been living together for almost 5 years and we've been taking care of our foster daughter for 2.

I think the most important thing (or at least most advantageous thing) in business is trust. If you're on the same page and you trust each other, you can pretty much get through anything - all you need is the will. He's my bestfriend, and personally i think family is the best prototype for making a successful business. You know each other inside out, and it's naturally got the ideal dynamics.
