Here are the steps to have a background image if you still can't get it please go and read the steps again because they are EASY.

I don't want the background image to repeat itself...

So, do I have to check the box that says "Fixed Background (no scrolling)"?

I know that if I leave it empty, the image repeats itself. If I check it then preview it, it still repeats itself, then I try and immediately save it but when I return to the page the box still remains unchecked. -_________-;;

Any ideas? :C

(Oh btw, I use http://imageshack.us to upload my images)
