When certain religions claim they are right
What happens when certain religions, even denominations within a religion, claim that only their way of understanding their beliefs is correct and that all other ways are wrong? It would be greater if all religions would work together for a better world instead of quarreling and killing one another over beliefs. It's a waste.

of course contradictory position can be right, as long as it fits your beliefs. Religion without a 'proven' deity could be a verbal history carried between tribes that has been modified to suit local circumstances, and hence it may be one story (my view). what ever a persons beliefs, that does not mean anyone has to fight or argue

2+1 = 3, in base 10. It is purely the convention that I and many others use. You can teach a computer to display 4 instead of 3, and as long as the understanding by all parties is that is the best answer, then it dosen't matter, what the outward display is, it is the belief underlying it

3 and 4 are two different figures representing two distinct numbers. 3 cannot be 4 and 4 cannot be 3.
but for the sake of argument, let's use 4 to represent 3 and 3 to represent 4, therefore making the sum of 2&1 4.
however, this time i say the answer is not 4 but 2, can we be both right?

but isnt it you who changed the position by saying that 3 can be 4 when you very well know that we're using the same convention rules which says 2 & 1 is 3 and not 4, just to avoid my question?

mole,
you have a bigger problem.
you acknowledged that there exists laws and standards which govern a person's actions or behaviour.
when you have laws, you ought to operate or live within its limits. otherwise, you may be brought to court for breaking the law, which is not right.
right or not?
