Why does anyone love I guess?
Why do we feel the need to put our well being on the line,Risking everything for a little affection?
I believe that we were born with half a soul and half a heart..Some you love with your heart and some you love with your soul.
The one that matches your half perfectly,Is the one you need to fill the void. Sometimes the voice of one is shouting louder then the other, and start fighting - That's when love goes pear shaped.
Love also makes you want to better yourself
Gives you butterflies and makes you feel like you are the luckiest person alive - Providing it's with the right person.

And you'd be crazy not to want that :)

what about sociopaths like me, i suppose i have a twentith of a heart and a soul as large as two cursed by the devil.
where the extra half of the soul of another person doesn't fit, and when it does and a sociopath falls inlove his super ego is shattered and finds himself truely human? through that prosess is rather painful, becoming somthing so much lesser then you were. then of course she leaves you, making you feel lesser then everything alive, now for a narrsistic sociopath? nuh uh, doesn't work. in fact it baffles me what happens even though i am sociopathic and i have had my heart broken before. i just go completely uncontrolably insane, and uncontrolably depressed. hell not to mention it's not too fun starting to belive "maybe i actually am not god."
i suppose it's fair a sociopath should fear love. only a crazy one would wish for it.

i fear love its because becoming too involved with someone and then being betrayed and being broken hearted. i don't know if it is worth the risk because it is something i fear and i really have a hard time trusting people, you can avoid being hurt. But life is much more grand when you do love. The trick is to find someone worthy of loving. Someone who'll be there... someone whose worth all the things you go through.

I think trust is something people tend to earn... like I know I didn't have full trust for him like within a year of going out (when he moved to uni - so circumstances changed) but I'm fine with it all now :) Realised I was being stupid for lacking trust back then :P
