愛美之心,人皆有之”,特別是對於女性而言,保持健康、苗條的身材是追求美的根本。究竟如何做到既吃得好又吃出健康,還能保持曼妙身材,一直是很多女性不斷追求的目標。有9種健康食品,來幫助女性保持苗條、勻稱的身材。
1.“瘦”牛排 很多營養專家都推薦人們少吃紅肉,但牛肉應該是個例外。牛肉富含蛋白質、鐵和B族維生素,而最有營養的是那種瘦肉多,又完全由草喂出來的牛身上的肉。(做牛肉的時候加一點花椒等香料,能大大降低因為高溫而產生的致癌物質。)
2.咖喱 咖喱中的薑黃素是一種抗氧化劑,它能抑制人體內瘤的生長,並能消滅癌細胞。(咖喱粉和西蘭花、白菜等配在一起吃,能大大增強薑黃素的抗癌能力。)
3.開心果 開心果富含維生素B6和銅,能增強人體的活力。有研究顯示,每天吃一大把開心果能幫助降低血脂。(買無糖的帶殼堅果。在剝殼的過程中,你能很清楚地意識到自己吃了多少,這樣就不容易吃過量。)
4.咖啡 美國營養學會的專家們認為,每天喝3—5杯咖啡能降低患2型糖尿病、大腸癌以及肝癌的幾率。他們同時認為,咖啡中的抗氧化劑能保護體細胞和 DNA不受損害。美國哈佛大學的科學家們在一項新的研究中也發現,每天喝咖啡的女性,不容易得高血壓。(如果你擔心喝太多咖啡會影響睡眠,可以喝一些脫咖 啡因咖啡,它們仍然富含抗氧化劑,能起到同樣的功效。)
5.燕麥片 英國科學家發現,最簡單有效的降膽固醇方法之一,就是每天吃燕麥片。燕麥片裡含有的纖維能形成一種凝膠,有效降低人體對膽固醇的吸收。並且, 早餐吃燕麥片的人能一上午都保持精力充沛,並且午餐時吃得比別人少。(選擇燕麥片時,儘量選低糖的。如果你愛吃甜食,不妨試著在燕麥片里加一點有抗氧化作 用的水果,就可以一舉兩得了。)
6.蝦 蝦是一種無脂肪、高蛋白的健康食品,它同時富含抗癌物質硒和維生素D。人們一般認為蝦的膽固醇含量很高,但實際上,蝦含有的膽固醇並不能提高人體 血液中的膽固醇。美國洛克菲勒大學的一項研究顯示,每天吃少量蝦,能提高人體的“好膽固醇”。(如果買不到新鮮蝦,就到超市里買冷凍的。吃蝦前用水沖洗, 會帶走 40%的鈉,減少升高血壓的隱患。)
7.黑巧克力 黑巧克力中富含類黃酮,最新研究顯示,吃少量黑巧克力,能夠預防動脈栓塞、降低患心臟病的幾率。另外,吃巧克力能釋放血液中的複合胺,有助於調節情緒。(買黑巧克力時,選擇那些至少含有60%可哥粉的。如果能和鈣片一起吃,那就更好了。)
8.櫻桃 美國密歇根大學的一項最新研究發現,吃櫻桃能夠降低膽固醇和血糖。2006年的一項研究也發現,連續8天每天喝2大杯櫻桃汁並堅持運動的人,比 那些喝水的人,更不容易發生肌肉酸痛的現象。(除了當水果吃外,你還可以把櫻桃放在冰箱的冷凍室裡,做成健康“冰激淩”,隨時拿出來吃。)
9.番茄 紅色的番茄中含有豐富的番茄紅素,能幫助降低患癌症和心臟病的幾率;而橙色番茄的番茄紅素含量,是紅色番茄的兩倍半。一杯橙色番茄汁,就能滿足 一日的維生素A需求。(橙黃色番茄和紅色番茄最好換著吃。由於茄紅素是一種脂溶性物質,吃的時候如果加點橄欖油,能促進它的吸收.
