October is soon to end, then it will be november. time flew sooo fast this year. i cant believe it.
from the wild new year celebration (that could have cost our lives...my apologies to my friends, that will never happen again), then my parent left for the states on feb, through the majorly hectic summer of learning how to run a house (at the same time noumerous inumans in my house coz we could not decide where to go), through the time i learned how to dive on may, then my parents back on june, then through the several job interviews on july, then my new job on aug, then getting close to my new office mates on sept and now its oct. On top of all that were the several out of town gimmicks and diving i had with my friends. soon it will be new year again.
this year was extraordinary fast. i seemed like i didnt have the time to think back and reflect on what was happening in my life. events were just pouring in.
im not complaining or anythng, it just seems weird. for the past years ive been working with my old company, my life was so routine. nothing was happing to me. i had no stories to tell coz it was only work and saturday inuman.
at the start of the year, my plan for 2004 was to start with my MBA. today, i havent started studying for it yet. with all these things happining, i could not find the time. is it because its not yet my time to take an MBA? or its just that im making an excuse not to take my MBA because of the fear that i will fail my GMAT?
I dont know, i guess im just confused.
on a lighter note, i had a hair cut today and had it styled...it felt good that all my office mates were complementing my hair.

well, my new job has been good to me. i like my work and the people are great too. thing is moving up the career ladder here seems really slow. i guess its really like this in a filipino company. you have to wait for a boss to resign before people start moving up. so now im thinking if i got into the right company. then again, its only been 1 month and i have fully expanded my wings in my new job just yet (well, im super busy ...

i saw workings paiting the street fence along paseo re roxas today and it got me thinking...i pity those ppl in jobs like that. It a job that has no direction, no movement to go up, minimal chance of getting "promoted". I wish there wont be job like that anymore. Human beings are worth more than that, we can make machine to do things like that.
I guess its the fear of every yuppie in nowadays that the job they are has some direction and it not a dead end job.
