Another Talking Cat

Should we start getting worried? We've featured so many talking cats on GiggleSugar that I've seriously lost count. This cat is kind of freaking me out, though. Although someone's added dubious captions to its "speech," I'm convinced it's communicating with alien life forms and plotting our doom.
