[always wanted to try J instead of the last step being ‘bring firmly to the floor’ let it be: ‘Follow uses abs. to have legs go to rt. angle and slide her between leads legs.’
Hurdle Horse. Verbal clue is Hurdle Horse. Start in Sweetheart, Transition your fore arms under her arm pits and she uses her abs to pull her legs up to a 90 degree angle. You spin her like that for momentum then slowly start spinning once or twice, then stop and her legs should keep going. Pick up one leg and as she spins through pick up your other leg.
Keep clear of her legs at all times and stop with the legs behind or in front of you. No breaking her ankles, got it. J
