Human Z Project: Press Release

THE HUMAN Z PROJECT

Sponsored by Zorpia.com June 22, 2007

At Zorpia.com, we would like to invite you to participate in a new campaign known as 'The Human Z Project' – a way to connect with people around the world while raising money for your own favorite charities.

Who

Zorpia.com is sponsoring and creating The Human Z Project for individuals who are at least 16 years of age. Participants may nominate a charity or select from our suggested list of international charities including:

Individuals or official organizations participating will have their information published at Zorpia.

What

The Project will be launched in July 2007 and provides an opportunity for everyone to show their creativity by submitting the largest ‘Human Letter’ photographs from around the world! Dozens or even hundreds of people can assemble and line-up in the shape of the letter Z (for Zorpia.com, of course) to raise money for charity and have fun. Each participant in the photograph will earn US$3.00 for their charity of choice. For example, college students who are passionate about the environment, can organize 25 of their classmates to assemble in the shape of a Z, take a photo with cell phone and earn a quick $75.00 for the EarthWatch Institute. Participants do not need to be Zorpia.com members to enter the contest.

When

The Project runs from July 2, 2007 through September 3, 2007. There will be 4 Rounds of submissions on July 2, July 23, August 6 and August 20. The largest group photo at the end of each session will be deemed the winner, and funds will be donated to their selected charity.

Where

All submissions will be received and posted on Zorpia.com.

Why

Zorpia.com set out to create a fun way to help people raise money and to help spread the word about its six-million strong social network site.

Participants need to follow these steps to have their pictures properly submitted:

· Assemble your group together

· Take a picture of your group in the shape of a Z (from any direction or distance)

· There are no rules to the picture – be creative!

· The contest runs from July 2, 2007 through September 3, 2007

· The money raised will go towards the charity identified in the submissions

· All Z pictures should be submitted to HumanZ@Zorpia.com

· The purpose is to help Zorpian.com members raise money in a creative way

Please stay tuned to Zorpia.com and view the latest submissions and winners during each round of the contest!

Sincerely,

Jeffrey Ng

CEO of Zorpia.com
