Closing of ZRC (Zorpia Reporting Center)

Tuesday,Feb 26 2008, 06:16:37 PM (Last updated: Wednesday,Feb 27 2008, 04:01:02 AM)

Hi, everyone. This is to announce that we are already Closing the Zorpia Reporting Center. No further postings will be allowed, but the group will stay open for the purpose of educating and assisting users on how to use the new reporting links.
In lieu of the ZRC, we already have a better, faster, safer and drama-free reporting feature that we released and previously announced last month. The red REPORT buttons you can find in every "content" pages in Zorpia.
Some useful advice in using this tool:

1) Click the report link on the EXACT CONTENT PAGE that has violated our TOS. That way our admins would be able to view the exact content that you have reported and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
If you are reporting a photo, group, journal, etc. please go to the page where you see the violating content so when we view your report, we would be able to see the violation DIRECTLY.

2) Avoid reporting a user/content without reason at all. Please be aware that we receive hundreds of reports from different countries everyday. Our administrators work tirelessly to attend to your reports as soon as possible. If you keep misusing this feature, this would be very inconvenient to admins and users as well who experiences the delay for their report to be attended.

3) Put a brief and direct additional info to your report when you feel there is a need for better understanding between the reporter and the admins. It would help our admins to understand your report better and act as soon as possible.

4) If you could state your additional info in English language or if you are reporting a content that is written in different language, please do so. It would be a big help, so we could understand and attend to it right away. We are trying our best, your understanding is much appreciated.

Important:
Please be patient with your reports, if you think your report has been rejected, it may be lacking for sufficient evidence/reason or there is no reason at all.You may write to support@zorpia.com if your report is valid and rejected. We would check and correct this mistake if we have confirmed.

Thank you!

Important ZRC Announcement

I would like to express my deepest thanks to everyone, for all the support and cooperation you extended to me. I really had a wonderful time. We all know that I was put in-charge of Zorpia Reporting Center (ZRC) temporarily, and effective September 29, 2007 I will be assigned back to a task that they deem I do best.

If it's not for all the people who tirelessly report every irregularity within the site, achieving ZRC's objective and purpose would not be possible. And for that, I'm indebted to you all.  Thank you very much, guys. My best personal and warm regards to everyone.

New topics per week

Monday,Jun 25 2007, 08:23:25 AM (Last updated: Wednesday,Jun 27 2007, 07:42:49 AM)
We are NOT going to clear off Offensive Topics and Posters and Pervert and Pedophile complaints any more. These topic subjects in ZRC would be dated. We are going to start a new topic every week. New complaints go to new topics, which are set to sticky. The old topics will stay in the forums for archiving purposes.

Offensive photos and scammers and fakers complaints will still be cleared once it has been acted upon.

For your information and guidance.
