• Welcome. The purpose of this group is to promote fair and unprejudiced participation at the Forums (often referred as Community) by serving as a think-tank that will discuss ideas to improve the community and present them to the Zorpia Team and Administration on behalf of a group of thoughtful and concerned individuals.
  
  
  
  
  The group will actively participate as a means to counter certain abuses or methods that prevent the forums from being fair; these courses of action will vary with time and will be handled in a strict civil manner respecting the TOS and the Zorpia Team.
  
  
  
  
  
  Everyone is invited to join, however acceptance may be restricted by the Administrators of this group in order to prevent spammers, trolls and other users who may - intentionally or not- drift away the main purpose of the group.

  Course of Action A: Countering the abuse of the rating system.
  
  
  
  
  Many are familiar with this system and it’s main flaw: that it may be easily abused by certain irresponsible mobs that wish to censor certain topics they find controversial but don’t violate the TOS. We will counter that by rescuing relevant topics that have been sent to auto hide. We invite users to share the links of topics they think have been unfairly down rated, there are however certain points you should consider first:
  
  
  
  
  1. We are here to rescue relevant topics. That means we will not simply vote up your topic for the sake of it, it must be rated –3 or below.
  
  
  2. We are not obliged to rescue your topic, it will be up for each individual member to decide whether the topic is relevant or not. That being said,
  
  
  3. We do not guarantee your topic will be revived and are not responsible for it.

  Course of Action B: Creating a new topic each week.
  
  
  Users usually complain that the forum is going downhill for the lack of good topics and/or the excess of topics about the same overrated subjects. Rather than complain, I think that as a group that promotes fair and balanced discussion, we should set an example by creating a new topic at least once a week, and share it here with the rest so we can all comment on it.
  
  
  it doesn't have to be necessarily serious, deep or political just something that can be incite a good discussion. This isn't compulsory for all users, but at least feedback on most topics would be appreciated.
