Saturday,Jun 14 2008, 09:30:13 AMA Letter To Dad
Here's a part of my letter to my dad for father's day... just being sentimental again... but anyway, Happy Father's Day to all Fathers! Most especially to my Dad, to my brother and to my Mahal...
...... I want to tell you that I love you very much. You are the best father in the world. You've been there for me in every way possible: emotionally, mentally and physically. All my life, you've been my hero and your relationship with Mom was equally inspiring. When I was a little girl, for a long time, I truly believed that you were the most knowledgeable person I knew. If there was anything I didn't know, I was pretty sure that you would know. When I was a teenager, you gave me so much chance to get to know the people and the outside world. I believed that you were the most experienced in most occasions. When i became an adult, each time I faced difficulties, your encouragement always accompanied me. I realized that the word "dad" became a powerful symbol to me. I have so many dreams that I want to accomplish in my life, and I am what I am now because of you and Mom. I just want to let you know how important you are to me and how much I love you and Mom. Thank you so much for all the love and support all these years. Happy Father's Day Daddy! Your daughter, Ping

* My friends. I'm probably one of the luckiest people around with what kick ass friends I have. No really, I mean it, they rock. ...

I feel like I've run out of things to say.
Or more accurately, I feel like I've got so much to say I don't even know where to start.
It's not such a fun feeling.

Before you fireback, look for intentions...
"We often hear people say how much a friend’s offhanded comment hurt, but if you ask if they think the comment was really intended to hurt, they usually ponder a bit and finally say, well, no. If we all looked behind the minor statements that happens to rub us the wrong way and searched to see if there was a blatant intention to cause pain, a lot of time-wasting feuding and heartache could have been avoided." ...
