- Choose the 'Subscriptions' field from the 'Show' drop-down menu.
- Check the 'From' box and change date back to the year the subscription was created.
- Click 'Search'.
- To view the details of a specific 'Subscription Creation', click 'Details' in the Details column.
- At the bottom of this page, click 'Cancel Subscription'.

- In Zorpia front page, click Log In in the top right corner of the screen or simply type in your username, password and the 4-digit login code on the username, password and code field boxes.
- Check the box "Keep me logged in" if you want to be automatically logged in every time you visit Zorpia. Your computer must accept cookies in order for this function to work.
- Click Log In button.
- Go to www.zorpia.com
- Click Join For Free and you will be directed to the sign up page where you have to fill up some necessary information to complete your registration.
- An email will be sent to you with your account information and a link to activate your account.
- Check your junk/bulk folder.
- You may send an email of request for activation code to support@zorpia.com
- The photo has to show your face clearly, because that's how we know you are the person you claim you are.
- It has to contain your username so we can match the username with your profile.
- It has to contain the word zorpia, so you cannot steal pictures AND username from a profile of another site.
- Some of your fingers should cover some of the letters in the word 'Zorpia' in the sign, this action helps us to determine if the letters in a user's sign are written on the sign or are digitally added.

It means that you have already sent a friend request to this user before, if they are still not showing on your friends’ list, it only means 3 things:
- they have already declined your friend request- your friend request is still in pending in their alerts
- that user has deleted you in their friends' list

You can delete your group by going to your group's homepage, under Admin Tools you would see the option Group Termination. Non-Royal members can only send a limited number of Private Messages to other members. If the limit is reached, it will be reset within the next 24 hours.

If a non-royal member encounters an error message, it means you have reached our daily limit for private messaging and posting comments. Don’t worry for it will be reset the next day.We suggest you prevent yourself from forwarding chain letters.

On My Zorpia page, you can see the option Edit Testimonials, click that and from there, you will be able to edit the pre-approve and approved testimonials you sent to your friends.Changes will take place if they already approved your edited testimonial.

Go to My Zorpia page, on your left side you can see the option Edit Profile Photos. Click that and from there you can check the small box beside your photo that you wish to delete. Click the option ‘Delete Selected’.
If you want to delete an album, on My Zorpia page, you can see the option Edit My Albums. Tick the small circle beside the album photo and click ‘delete album’ button.

NOTE:Photos shouldnt be larger than 16M

You may cancel your royal subscription at paypal.com so you wont be charge again in the future.You could only cancel a subscription that is Active and recurring. If your original subscription creation is 'completed' no future payments will be deducted and no cancellation is necessary.

You can choose who can view your albums, journals, video collections, gossip stories, basic profile, contact profile, personal profile, education profile, work profile and dating profile.You can choose who can send you messages and post comments on your homepage.
You may edit your privacy setting by going to http://www.zorpia.com/myprofile/privacy
You can also block specific countries if you like. By blocking the country, Zorpia members from that specific country will not be allowed to send you comments and private messages.

If you don’t want to receive any notifications from Zorpia, go to My Zorpia page, click the option Edit Account Settings and click the Email Setting tab. You will be directed to the next page where you can turn off your notifications.

This is one of the steps in setting up an account in Zorpia but this step is optional.Invitation to join Zorpia will be sent to them if you have checked the box beside your email contact and clicking 'Add Friends'.

You will know that they already accepted your invitation to join Zorpia if you have already seen your email contact in your friends’ list. They will be added to your friends’ list automatically.

Go to My Zorpia page, on your left side you can see the option Edit Settings. Click that and choose Block List tab, from there you will see the usernames of the users you have blocked.Click the box beside the username you wish to unblock and click the ‘Remove' button.

Go to user’s homepage, on the left side, you can see the option ‘Add To My Friends’ button below their primary photo. After clicking this option you are prompted to choose relationship.
A Zorpian will only be added to your friends’ list if they accepted your friend request. If they decline the friend request, the user will not be added. If they haven’t accepted the friend request yet, then it will be in pending in their alerts.

Due to a huge amount of invalid reports we receive per day and to prevent the misuse of the reporting feature, we have set an initial limit of three (3) reports per day. This limit will gradually increase if most reports submitted are valid or decrease and eventually get suspended if used the other way.

Go to My Zorpia page, and click Check My Reports located inside My Account box. You will then be directed to a page where you can view the status of your reports in real time.
Unattended reports are labeled as Pending, rejected reports as Rejected, attended reports as Action Taken and reports that require additional information as Under Review

The Verification Photo feature (VP) was created in response to the problem of fake profiles on websites. At Zorpia, we are helping to solve this problem with this easy new system. It is a tool we use to check if the photos on your profile are yours. It protects your photos from being used inappropriately in Zorpia.Back to TopWhat is Photo Verification?
We have added a new link Verify My Identity in the "My Zorpia" page.We call it the Photo Verification Feature. The photo verification feature is a tool we use to check if the photos you have on your profile are yours. It is created in response to reports of fakers on Zorpia; it is not a tool of advertisement. The photo is not for internal records, instead it will be shown publicly right beside your profile photo. It is not compulsory. You don't have to use it if you don't feel comfortable about it.
As soon as your submitted verification photo has been approved, a green check icon will appear beside your account name.
