hahahaha now thats funny ..when i got upset i would clean the house ..one day there was nothing needed clean ..so i took all my clothes and threw them on the floor.*hugs*

oh my well at least you can take it out on the washing machine lol. Now I have learned to go for a walk if I get mad or stressed, I walk by myself, and yes I do talk to myself, and when I return home Im all cooled off and have talked myself into being ok

no, i just tell myself what I said or did was wrong and by the time I have made two rounds of the court here it is 1/2 mile and Im all cooled off and a good little boy again

yes very true, in my younger days i had a second job as a sound engineer for concerts and recording sessions, and i have watched some very famous people struggle to write songs that would make them millions
