The accurate meaning of Sanskrit term Yoga is union. Yoga improves strength and flexibility in the body which leads to the growth of balance in it. But also Yoga bestows you many times more than that. Yoga supports decrease tension in your body, develop mobility of joint, decrease back pain by strengthening the spine. Yoga not only forms your body flexible but also improves your digestion system, immune system, endocrine system and increases blood circulation.

Yoga also has advantages to the body’s mental state. Yoga will not only boost your body systems but even develop your concentration, soothes your mind and keeps your mind out of stress. It may also helps improve self-discipline which may be an excellent aid in our routine lives.
