Everywhere I turn and look,
all I see is total darkness.
I try to run,
but I'm blind as a bat.
I can feel twigs and branches,
pulling at my clothes and skin.
I am tired and cold,.
Lying down on the cold grass,
I close my eyes and sleep.
Halfway during my sleep,
I feel a strong warm hand,
touching my face.
My eyes fling open,
and I see your face.
You smile a warm smile,
and give me a hand.
You bring me back to your home,
getting me washed and dressed.
Blushing... I finally say "Thank you."
Smiling again,
you hug me.
Surprised I freeze.
Lauging an easy laugh,
you let go.
A couple years later,
