Today I am sitting behind my computer the film of my life passing in my mind and I am trying to count my true friends who passed through my life, my true friends who were there for me in good or bad, the ones who really deserve to be called friends, the ones I still have and where not drifted away by the wind of life and its troubles.To be surprised to find our that they are less than the fingers I have in one hand. And I am just so sorry this happened and wondering why?

Maybe when we were kids we knew what it means to be a friend to someone and we are not paying much attention to it as a grownups? Small things used to mean a lot now big things doesn't mean much? Maybe as grown ups we are more demanding and start expecting many things from our friends ? Maybe we need to act like friends before expecting others to act it? Maybe that's the answer to all my questions? Maybe I just need to go back in time and be a kid again to understand what it means to be true friend!!!!

في الأبتسامة صحة

أجري عالم النفس الأمريكي (د.جميس أريكسون) دراسة عن الأبتسامة شملت حوالي (3500 شخص) من مختلف الطبقات الأجتماعية.

وقد صنف الدكتور أريكسون هؤلاء الأشخاص إلي ثلاثة مجموعات علي النحو التالي:

· مجموعة الذين يبتسمون بصفة مستمرة.

· مجموعة الذين يبتسمون في المناسبات أو عند الضرورة.

· مجموعة لا يبتسمون علي الأطلاق.

وقد أنتهي الدكتور أريكسون من دراسته إلي الحقائق التالية:

1. إن الذين لا يبتسمون أبدا والذين لا يبتسمون إلا في المناسبات فقط هم:

· أكثر الناس تشاؤما.

· أكثر الناس شكوي من القلق والأرق والصداع الدائم.

2. أن الأشخاص الذين يبتسمون كثيرا هم:

· أكثر الناس جاذبية وقدرة علي أقناع الناس.

· هم أكثر الناس ثقة بأنفسهم.

· هم أكثر الناس نشاطا وصحة.

ولذلك تضم هذه المجموعة الأشخاص الذين يحافظون علي صحتهم العقلية والبدنية.

وقد فسر الدكتور أريكسون الأبتسامة بأنها (سبب من أسباب السعادة والنجاح في الحياة, وأنها نوع من العلاج الوقائي ضد أمراض العصر, وتحفظ للإنسان صحته النفسية والبدنية).

وقد أكد الأطباء أثر الأبتسامة علي الصحة البدنية للشخص, وقالوا إن الشخص الذي يبتسم بصفة دائمة يتمتع بنبض سليم ومتزن وأن الإبتسامة تساعد علي تخفيف ضغط الدم عند الإنسان.

ليس المهم أن تكون ملكـاً .. ولكن المهم أن تتصـرف وكأنك ملك!
إنـك تستطيع أن تجـُر الحصان إلى النهر .. ولكنك لا تستطيع إجباره على الشرب!
عنـدما تـُغلقُ أبوابُ السعادةِ أمامنـا قد تُفتَحُ أبوابٌ أخرى للسعادة

ولكننا لا نشعـُر بها ؛ لأننا نمضي وقتنـا في الحسرة على الأبواب المغلقـة !!
صحيح أنـك لا تعرف قيمـة ما تملك حتى تفقده
ولكن الصحيح أيضـاً أنـك لا تعرف ماذا ستفقد حتى تفقدُه !!
قد تحتاج لساعـة كي تـُفضِّلَ أحدهم .. ويومـاً لتـُحبَّ أحدهم
ولكنك قد تحتاج إلى العمر كلـه كي تنسى أحدهم !!!
يجب أن تضع نفسك مكان الناس الآخريـن ، فإذا شعرت بالضيق في وضعك الجديـد
فاعلمْ أنَّ الناس في هذا الوضـعسيشعرون بالضيق أيضاً !!!
هنالك فرق كبيـر بيـن مَنْ يمسحُ دموعك وبيـن مَنْ يُبعدك عن البكاء!!
عنـدما نعيش لذاتنـاتبدو الحياة قصيـرة وضئيلـة
أما عنـدما نعيش لغيـرنـا فسوف تـُصبح الحيـاة طويلـة وعميقـة!!
لاتركض خلف المظاهرفقد تخدعـك ..

ولا تركض وراء الثـروة فقد تتلاشى بسرعـة..

ولكن اركض خلف مَنْ يعطيـك الابتسامـة ؛ فإنـه سيقلب حزنـك إلى سعادة دون مقابـل!!!
ما عرفت مثيـلاً للصابونـة في نكران الذات ؛ فهي تـُذيب نفسها لتـُزيـل أوساخ الآخرين !!!
لا تستطيع أن تضحك وتكون قاسيـاً في نفس الوقت !!!
النهايـة دائمـاًمؤلمـة حتى ولو كانت سعيـدة ؛ وذلك فقط لأن اسمها نهايـة!!
