There is no longing for the past
But you have been so faithful,so trusting and true
Though there were times you did somethings
You know you shouldn't do
But you have been forgiven
And now atlast you are free

Forgiveness is worth doing.To feel freedom from your own hurt need to let go of the anger or hurt.that is paguing your soul

He or she who fogiveth and reconciled unto his or her enemy shall recieve reward from GOD for HE loveth not the unjust doers.

The weak can never forgive because forgiveness is the attribute of the strong

To err is human to forgive divine

1 Confront your emotional pain shock fear and grief.Only then you will be able to deal with it.

2 Realize that forgiveness can only be appropriate after you have processed out your fear and grief. Continue to dwell on anger and resentment involved in the hurt will literally destroy your physical health and cause you mental suffering.Studies clearly show that anger and resentment doubled the risk of heart attack cancer and other dreadful diseases.

3 Understand the love is what you untimately want for you and from you.

4 Forgiveness does not condone or approve or even forget the harmful acts of others. We forgive the doer not the doing.Remembering this helps us to break the harmful cycles of behavior.

5 You are the only person responsible for your own feelings and for healing the hurt that going inside of you

6 See the situation as an opportunity for healing and for growth.See that other person involved in the hurt has revealed to you with the action that where there was a wounded spot and needed healing.

7 Decide to forgive even if it is half heartedly at first. It will lesson your hurt and anger immediately

8 Think that forgiving is a courageous act on your part.By forgiving the person you are going to liberate yourself no matter what the other person decides to do.

9 Be willing to do and learn whatever it takes to forgive commit to processes. Remember that you are determined to find true happiness and peace that forgiveness can bring to your life.

10 If you believe in GOD and HIS supreme and divine power be willing to pray on this problem. Turn to Almighty for guidance and assistance in the forgiveness process. Faith healing is a powerful remedy

Finally believe in youself and you will achieve the peace and happiness you so deserve
