When I see this announcement , I've laughed a while.

Why ?

They have written as Tay Pyi Taw . Really, it's name is Nay Pyi Taw . Today S.P.D.C has announced being Myanmar Capital City. Nay Pyi Taw is mean nearly as Royal Palace City.

But ...

Tay Pyi Taw is mean nearly as has been die .

So, is the meaning of this city ?
