最近提升了，由一个组员变成了组长，带领一个团队，还是个老团队。
压力很大，她们资历都比我深，而且客户群变精变窄了，又是她们的疲惫期。真是感觉开展工作有点费劲。
新同事说我很花心思，的确，就一个月的考核期，却面临着这么大的考验。
难！可是我又不能当着她们的面说，否则连我都泄气了，那她们岂不是更容易放弃吗？每天都打起劲，笑着开导她们，鼓励她们，带着她们寻找方向。
几天的用心，明显感觉到她们由冷淡到开始接受我。看来有付出还是有回报的。可是，不光是要照顾好她们的心情，还要帮助她们寻找好的客户群，提高业绩。
压力确实很大！
一个月，很短，经理和老总说我是特例，对他们是个尝试，对我也是个挑战。我接受挑战，虽然刚开始时有点担心，有点害怕。可是，怕什么呢？好不容易有个几乎锻炼一下，为什么不好好利用呢？也许一个月后我可能名正言顺地成为她们的组长，也可能被残忍地打回原形。可是，那是一个月以后的事情，我为什么要担心以后可能不会发生的事情呢？对，做好现在，让以后不会后悔，也许就够了吧。不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹？！
加油！希望在这一个月内能够做出点成绩，让提拔我的人不会失望！

Well said but it terrible for few people but commom man generalize it, but yes be careful to chose the job which help to us to reach to our GOAL.You are quite young and a lot is there in the world to learn and grow.

I am fine and enjoying my life with my wife and one kid(7 years)what about you. how is the wheather there \? here is also very hot nearly 42 degree celcius
