Finished Adrian Mole. Went to Stanford yesterday, accepted the truth that there's no way I can get in,,, bcoz of the $ and all other factors. Met new frds, most of them r called Eric or Chris,,,, so whenever i forgot their names i still hv 50% chance to get it correct.
Caught a glimpse of my host's bedroom, surprised to see their mattress on the floor!
um...... those "new frds" asked me the most embarrassing question and i told lie. it's not sth offensive indeed, ,,, i know i was making a fuss myself. ..but,,hey! i dun like ppl mention it! that's my rule!
Sent an email to all my classmates, just to tell them i'm fine etetetetccc... oh Carl Chan is back and he called me yesterday,,, we r going out on friday (buy *!!computer!!* and hv dinner) and that cheers me up~!

went to Stanford shopping centre on sat, walked into many of my fav. shops like gap, loccitane, united colors, polo etcetc but then i finally bought a CK tee coz it was real cheap~! emily bought a roxy tee at a super low price like >$10 USD~~~~~~~~~can u imagine that.
almost fini my Adrian Mole......it's the only funny bookk on my shelf,, guilt-ridden coz i hv spent most of my $ on eating + snacks,,,,,,,, i should hv bought my textbooks b4 that..
received many emails but i hv no mood to handle them. unlike jac i dun hv mails from baba,,,.... oh

Wowowow!!
I've been here for a week + 2 days! I met many many Hong Kong students in the school... -__-... there was an orientation last week but it finished on friday.
My host family is OKAY, they let me eat whatever i like in the fridge, . i hv my own bedroom,, with a bed, a desk, chair, some shelves, a wardrobe, ..luckily i can't see the chair-bed... hahaha~~~~ My host r Philippino, they hv a 11-year-old daugthER who plays gymnastic and has recently broken her leg,, and..there's a year-2 girl from taiwan,,,she's the coolest gal i hv ever seen, her father is the principal of xx taiwan university,....cool huh.! and It's so lucky that i hv another vy easy-going room-mate, we went out together everyday,,,,to "explore" new things... and we always ended up wandering around and getting lost ^v^~ um... anyway we did visited some places like San Jose Valley Fair, the Art & Wine Festival in Downtown Mountain View, San Antonio Shopping Centre..........
um,,, besides feeling super bored.. things are going well.. it took me a few days to register for classes anyway it's the best way for spending time here. Miss you guys a lot and miss HONG KONG A LOT !!!!!!!!!!!! I really hate the houses here....i prefer TALL BUILDINGS... and i hardly see clouds here... the weather is so dry and cool in the morning. I miss K-Rooms,,, i miss cinemas...i miss elevators and Mong Kok food.....and i miss the efficiency of all the HK restuarants...!!!><><><><><><><><><!!!!!!
sigh..... life will not be easy here... i cant spend $ as "ho" as i was in HK..tho i wasnt really "ho" ... and... ai.. wanna phone my frds sometimes but always they r sleeping/ at school.....America is in some way like China .... vy remoted houses + the inconvenience w/o a car.............><
