Its almost nearing end of July soon. Am here in the comforts of my bed and pillows around me and so thought of posting a journal. Ha! Have been wanting to write as often as I can but I cant seem to get to it. blah me. I bet "someone" is gonna come and say "at last! she did it half a year later. lol anyway...it has been an interesting months of pure pleasure, fun, not forgetting hardwork (and i mean WORK), stress, pain and bla bla bla. I could summarise it all here:-

January:
Lets see, It started off great. Welcoming the year kinda positive. Trying hard to not let last year's problems to float over to 2008. What I plan was to get myself some time off from work stress as much as I can whenever time would let me. So, I was theme-parkED. lol I go-karted, took the viking(many many times) got on a mini rollercoaster, twister and all sorts of rides haha. FUN fullstop!;)




February:
29 days this month! Leap Year '08! And oh I went to the ZOO!

Its been decades i have not been there.. and there I was.. the first excursion of the many ones planned lol had much fun viewing animals all day muahahaha..also not forgetting, I met a Zorpian who flew over for a vacation. Indeed it was such a pleasure and nice to meet you Mr Haysham. :) Oh yeah my weekend trip to KL is the icing on the cake this February. Bernice and I took time off to head out to KL over the weekend for some fun time lol crazy us. Train.Corus.Fayadh.MaggiGoreng.KLCC.Zouk.Velvet.Bus."honeymoon" LMAO


March:
I think I have been indulging with food which am not suppose to. :s There was a pact made together with "someone" that we shouldnt eat alot each month this year but more or less we are allowed to treat ourselves with one fine dining meal per month?! hahaha (dont think we stick to that pact after looking back at the months now) lol Work this month brings me to added stress. Additional portfolio was added so it meant more work more headache. Radley (London) was the brand that I had to take charge. I had to get down with lots of advertising and marketing. Managed to set a press/media release launch for the product and was glad it went well. Yay me!

April:
Just a so so month for me. Nothing much exciting but just work engulfs me much. I had to release stress so I turn to shouting and singing..I enjoyed singing..singing my heart out. Humped my throat for almost 5 hours everytime we had our singing session. muahahahaha. DE-STRESS mode..and oh been watching movie all the time too. I think I have watched more movies this time around (and its only mid year!)compared to last year. Certified movie-junkie! Thanks to good price tix being offered!

May:
Wasnt a great month to begin with. Disappointed with what work has unfolded. Bleh. I had to fork out "this much sum of money" for the next months ahead. Mind you it wasnt a small accumulative sum *sigh*. Fed up with things, I went across the causeway for some shopping time over one of the weekends and went up again the next weekend to get my hair fixed.lol Got my toes and hair pampered the whole day. Satisfied feeling in the end.

June:
Ha! June is when I decided to go for another excursion and its the Science Centre this time around. Another place which I havent gone before for years since my high school lol Watched Grand Canyon showcase on Omnimax screen. Huge dome-like screen made you feel as if you are actually there which I already was. I wanna go back to Grand Canyon again! *sigh*  PS. Berr had her head serve as a platter muahahahha

July:
So here comes July. Busy period as its a sales month. There was much work and promotions going on. Also I made a very last minute decision to head out to KL..for my bestfriend who was there alone. Just making that impromptu decision just to accompany her short stay there for work and at the same time getting to bunk at the hotel too lol. Another time off from work..48 hours...short but still its away from work blah.

Life seems pretty mundane for me..i feel. It is just work and nothing but work. :( I have been with the company more than a decade. I almost had a depression just because of the level of stress I have to endure. I dont want to think Im incapable of doing it but I guess its an accumulative of stress. Even to a point I wanted to drop everything, give up and just switch careers. I cant let work take over my life. I need to find sometime for my own too. Not to mention about love life..thats like a deadline for a long time already. Need revival. Need my heart to skip. Bleh. Have been alone for a long time already and I am sooo single actually LMAO. I need to find me someone..(dunno my 2 years target can be acheived? lol) Im doomed! :S Just hoping someone interesting would just appear out of nowhere. tada *poof* Will see how the future unfolds for me. *taps fingers*

For now I am just looking forward for next month as I will be heading off on a short trip to Phuket with friends. Maybe see if I can get to hook up with anyone there lol Hmmmm...I should apply the "WORK HARD AND PLAY HARD". Its rest and relax..time to have fun and enjoy the sun, sand and the sea. I hope by then when I come back I will feel rejuvenated and ready to counter whatever is thrown at me.

And so its less than 12 hours to till the clock strikes 0000hr 1st January 2008. Here I am online about to sum up my second half of 2007. Its about time I write a journal since I last wrote one months back!

I could generally say that my second half of 2007 has somewhat took me on a bumpy rollercoaster ride. I have my highlights and my low points. Obstacles which somehow affects me alot this month... So anyway.....

Amidst the hustle and bustle of my busy work schedule, August led me to watch my favourite singer Gwen Stefani 'Sweet Escape Tour" live in ...

First half of the year has passed by. I can say that it has been a quite a good 6 months minus some ups and downs and sadness along the way. Work has started off well. Have got myself a well deserved reward for a very good performance last year..got a good appraisal and that is some achievement! yay for me! :p

Another good news to add is that i met one of my favourite Zorpian in person. That person is Papa Chris! Im so glad that he managed to squeeze his last leg of his round the world trip to meet me and Aidan. I have had a good time with him, though ...
