a lot of times I wish I could learn guitar and be as ying as Beyond..
imagine me with no shirt, only pants, with a guitar, spikey dyed hair, maybe a tattoo on my shoulder (basically, think Paul Wong), playing the guitar on the stage and singing.
ok, I'm probably not gonna be as ying. but anyway. one can always dream...

Suddenly this week, I saw a lot of things recently.
In particular, I've been seeing some people... that's probably because in summer I'm back in Berkeley where most of the people I know back in high school age hang out at or work at.
That reminded me a lot of some things from the past.
I feel weird...
Why am I such a stranger now?

Oh, it's not all bad. There was also something else, which was a good thing. The good thing makes me feel happy and shame as well, meanwhile also makes me feel that I miss it.

An Alumni Meeting in a Parallel World I just read about this interesting story.. I don't know how much sense it makes but it's inspiring. Have you ever thought about that the world, the universe we live in, is only one of the many dimensions of ourselves? To put it simpler.. there could be many other parallel universes going on at the same time. For example when you have a decision to make.. what you decide to do leads you into certain consequences, and it is a lot of decisions like these that make you become what you are today. If you were to make a different decision at these points, another world/dimension would branch off from this, and different things happen there. As things go on like this for years... there are probably many branches of the world to you, since the day you were born, based on the decisions that you make and what you do. Would you like to know what would've happened if you did ____ back then? (insert practically anything in the blank) If you had an "alumni meeting" with all of the other you in parallel worlds with you, you could find out what would happen back then if you did something; and if you want to switch place with another you for a decision you wish you've made differently... It actually somewhat makes sense... it's like butterfly effect, except we are now talking about the same time dimension that branches off as we go along, not going back to the past..
