So deeply broken in so many parts
knowing that I am unseen
that I have no place inside your heart
knowing that I'll never mean
anything special that you would cherish
just a lost shadow inside
just to be something is my great wish
but this pain now I just want to hide
A pen that writes the greatest stories
slowly its ink will fade
and writing and writing what you meant to me
is just a dream that I had made
and now there is no ink inside of this pen
and no more sweet dreams left to write
just a broken will - this deed of men
and only the darkness of night
can hide the lonliness and all the pain
that leaks like the ink from this pen
the betrayal will leave me never the same
just broken and thinking of when
the heart was full as the pen that spoke
writing of such love undenied
but the heart now is empty and broke
like the pen, that day, they both died....
