Dear Friends,

As many of you know I am about to set of on trip round the world, on Sept 20^th 06.

I will be visiting many friends whom I have met on the internet and a few old friends as well.  Also to see some of the sights of interest, and 4 Scarboroughs!

I hope to post up MANY new photos, and some may be of you LOL (with me!)

I am including here a rough itinerary of my route.   It may be possible to meet up with others who I know through the Yahoo, MySpace & Zorpian groups, if any of you happen to live near some of the places I am visiting. So I am giving you a list of where I expect to be over the next 4+ months.  In most cases I would not be able to travel far from these places. 

 

Wed Sep 20^th Leave home, stay in Manchester (Geet & Gordon) over night

Thur Sept 21^st Fly to Halifax (Via New York, I will have nearly 5 hours in the airport) arriving at 20.55.

 

In CANADA. 

 I will be staying in Antigonish until

 Mon 25^th Sep. Depart Truro railway station at 14.13 and arrive in

Tues 26^th Sep at Montreal station at 8.15 am. Will be meeting 3 Beatles fans

I will stay one night at Chez Philippe Vegan Organic B&B

Wed 27^th Sep leave Montreal station at 9.40 am to Toronto arr 15.20.

Here will be seeing three friends and the Niagara Falls.

Tue 3^rd Oct leave Toronto at 9 am   arrives in Vancouver

Frid 6^th Oct at 7.50 am Staying with friends in Vancouver

Sun 8^th Oct fly to Whitehorse with friend.  Leaves Vancouver at 11.30, arrives Whitehorse at 13.55. stay one night meet other friends. Hire car and drive to Ross River in Yukon and return to Whitehorse on

Wed 11^th Oct.

Thurs 12^th Oct fly back to Vancouver

Frid 13^th Oct leave Vancouver by train at 12.30pm arrive Seattle at 4.30 pm.

Meet my friends in this area for 4 days

 

IN USA

Tues 17^th Oct leave Seattle by train at 4.45 pm to Chicago

Thur 19^th Oct Arrive Chicago at 3.40 pm

Frid 20^th & Sat 21^st Oct in Chicago possibly meet up with two friends

Sun 22^nd Oct leave Chicago (at 7.50 am or 3pm) to Flint by train (arr 6pm or 9.22 pm) Then to Bay City

23^rd, 24^th 25^th Oct in Bay City and visiting a school to tell then all about UK (And the Beatles LOL)

Thurs 26^th leave Flint at 6.41 am to Forth Worth via Chicago (Arr, 11.14am Chicago depart 3.20 pm) arrive

Fri 27^th Oct in Fort Worth 3.15 pm

Sat 28^th & Mon 30^th Oct meet two friends with their friends.

Tues 31^st Oct Train to Oklahoma Leave Ft Worth 5.25 pm arrive Oklahoma 9.39 pm

Wed 1^st Nov ~ Frid Nov 3rd meet a few friends in Oklahoma

Frid Nov 3^rd go by bus to Tulsa stay with friends over weekend.

Mond 6^th Nov by train to Benson (Arizona) Leave Oklahoma at 8.25 am Arrive at Benson

Tues 7th Nov at 10.26 pm stay two nights in Benson.  Leave Benson at 10.26 to San Francisco on

Thurs 9^th Nov at 10.26 pm to Stockton changing at Los Angeles & Bakersfield arriving

Frid 10^th Nov at 8.01 pm and then stay three nights with friends

Tues 14 Nov at 7.30 am go to Los Angeles via Bakersfield, arr L.A at 2.25 pm (Or 9.20 arriving 4.15pm)

Wed 15^th stay in LA

Thurs 16^th return to San Francisco 10.15 am arrives 9.32 pm

Frid 17^th Nov.  FLIGHT from S.F. at 12.19, via Dallas with 2 hour gap   arrives in ARGENTINA

 

IN ARGENTINA.

Sat 18^th Nov arrive Buenos Aires at 9.14 am, stay 6 nights with friends and leave by plane on

Frid 24^th Nov Leave Argentina at 10.40 am via Santiago in Chile   (arr 12.55    Leave 23.05pm) to NZ arrive

 

Saturday Nov 25^th will be lost due to crossing International Date line

 

IN NEW ZEALAND

Sun 26^th Nov via Aukland to Wellington arrive 9 am.  Stay 4 nights with friends leaving on plane

Thurs 30^th Nov Wellington dep 15.05, arrive Sydney Australia

 

In AUSTRALIA

Thurs 30^th Nov Arrive Sydney at 16.45 Will see several friends in Sydney area, including a visit to Canberra.

Wed 6^th Dec TRAIN to Alice Springs.  Depart 2.55 pm.   1½ hours break at Broken Hill

Thurs 7^th Dec stay one night in Adelaide (Arrive 3.15 pm) 

Frid 8^th Dec Depart Adelaide at 5.15 pm to Alice Springs

Sat 9^th Dec Arrive at 11.55 am.   Tour to Ulhuru for two days leaving Alice Springs on

Tues 12 Dec.  Leave Alice at 12.40 pm and arrive at Adelaide

Wed 13^th Dec at 9.30 am stay two nights and leave

Frid 15^th Dec at 10 am to Sydney arrive

Sat 16^th Dec at 10.15 am.   Then see more friends, and Scarborough in Sydney area till

Wed 20^th Dec at 4.20 pm leave Sydney by train to Brisbane arriving

Thur 21^st Dec at 6.30 am Near Brisbane seeing Scarborough.  Then staying with friends till

Frid 29^th Dec at Brisbane leave at 7.30 am arrive Sydney at 9.51 pm then

Sat 30^th Dec Train departs Sydney at 2.55 pm

Sun 31^st  1½ hour break at Broken Hill 6.40 to 8.20 am, then 3 hour break in Adelaide from 3.15 pm

Mon 1^st Jan 2007.  3½ hour break at Kalgoorlie 7.10pm   arriving

Tues 2^nd Jan at Perth at 9.10 am In Perth seeing friends And Scarborough!  (4^th & Final Scarborough LOL)

During this stay I may visit Mandurah.  Then leave Perth on

Thur 11^th Jan at 12.20 via Hong Kong (arrive at 20.35 dep next morning)

 

IN PHILIPPINES

Frid 12^th Jan depart H K at 8 am, to Manila arrive 10 am.  See many friends in Philippines

Tues 16^th Jan depart Manila 11.05 am to Hong Kong (arr. 13.10 pm) Here see several friends and ZORPIA HQ

Sun 21^st Jan depart HK at 11.30 am arriving

 

In SINGAPORE

Sun 21^st Jan 15.25 arrive at Singapore See a few friends for 3 nights leaving

Wed 24^th Jan at 13.30 pm to Mumbai via Bangkok (Thailand) (2 hours break from 15.10)

 

IN INDIA

Wed 24^th Jan arrive Mumbai at 20.05   Stay 7 nights in India Departing.  As yet no one in particular to see.

Wed 31^st Jan to London at 13.40

 

BACK HOME (UK)

Wed 31^st Arriving Heathrow London  at 18.05  May travel to Manchester  by plane and then train home, or stay night in London and train home next day, Either way I arrive back home

THURSDAY 1^st Feb

Will be able to look in a few times, just to see that you are all happy!
