Tuesday,Jul 18 2006, 09:04:38 AM~#~ IN PRAISE OF RYAN ~#~

I hope all my friends, who know Ryan will write something here, please put each praise in a new message, but in this list.

I came across Ryan very early on in my joining Zorpia, he was a wall of strength.  It wasn't long after that I discovered, via a message he wrote that he was going blind.
This was due to a badly done operation, I can't imagine a life without seeing, yet he has had to face up to this for several months, and the time is now getting closer to being completly blind.  You need strength of character to live through this kind of thing. I have another friend in Yahoo, who is going through a similar ordeal but with deafness.  Soon she will be completely deaf.  This friend and her husband (Who is a tower of strength to her) are people we now KNOW very well as real friends, though we first met in Veggie Yahoo Group.

Ryan needs to know he has the love and support of all his friends. And to know that we have all appreciated his time in Zorpia, and all the things he has done for us.

Ryan your messages will be sadly missed, when we can no long keep in touch with you.

TAKE CARE MAN
You are appreciated

THANKS

Hi,
Still feeling less than on top of things LOL
Today I had a back tooth extracted.  Before I went to the dentist I had an appointment with my Acupuncturist.  He combined acupuncture with  a CD  of relaxing by hypnosis, for over an hour.  This certainly worked very well.  The tooth came out with only a little trouble (With several injections to kill the pain). The dentist said I was very much more relaxed than usual, and that it had made it much easier for him.
It is the after effects that is getting me down, because as the anaesthetic wore off, the jaw became painful, and now there is a dull pain there all the time. I am just wanting to go to sleep and wake up feeling good again.  But I am looking forward to being able to chew food again when it has all finally heeled.
Anyway I can recommend having acupuncture before dentistry.

Not feeling like smiles at present
but here goes
