hahaha the song goes along well with it

im sure you had fun with the movie maker

anyway i still remember back then at Wales.. i saw sooo many rainbows at one time..it was soo beautiful..i manage to capture it only on picture with the roll film not on digital cam (wow think about it back then digital camera wasnt really out in market i think) lol

anyway nice work

I had my first digital camera in 1997! Not so good in those days lol

Take care and try and find time to relax. Find and learn a few relaxing yoga exercises you can do every now and then through out the day. They can help you.

i own one in 2001 after my holidays to Europe. ha!
maybe i can get a friend of mine to scan it and put the rainbow pics..lets see if i can even get around to do it lol

Yes and breathing exercise are useful too, and self massage, round back of neck etc

I have scanned loads of old photos. That is so easy now too
